He has grown into an outstanding young male and we couldn't be more excited for his future as a legendary herdsire.
Eclipse's biopsy at 48 months of age is 150X scan showing fibre clusters very uniform in shape and placement within the connective tissue. He grades a true density of 74.5 follicles SQ MM.
His biopsy skin thickness calibrates 2.4 mm with 6 fiber clusters in the S/P view that show an S/P of 13.1 to 1.

Sinead is a lovely bred maiden with a sweet personality. She is well-conformed with a long-stapled, bright fleece. She has been color genotyped and carries two black alleles and one dilution (Ee a1a2). Her sire is 4X champion, true black Legendary Eclipse and her dam, is the lovely dark silver grey EVA Silhouette.
Sinead has been confirmed pregnant by ultra-sound for a December 2023 offspring. The service sire is our appaloosa stud, Rare Gem X-Man. X-Man is hot, hot, hot right now. In the June 2023 Parade of Champions Auction, X-Man was the service sire for Lot 16 which sold for $23,500. He also had a harlequin daughter in the auction, Lot 32, which sold for $18,000. Most recently, July 2023, X-Man's harlequin offspring, Derwydd's Pukka-Dot by X-Man was awarded Grey Color Champion at the AOA National Fleece Show in Kentucky.
