UPDATE: Privateer's offspring made their first show appearance March 2019. RG Privateer's First Mate took two 1 firsts and Grey Color Champion in both Halter (out of 17) and Walking Fleece (out of 33). RG Harley's Davidson took first of 13 in his Walking Fleece class and then Reserve Color Champion Walking Fleece (25 total). We can now add "Producer of Champions" to Privateer's list of fine qualities.

Prima is a proven appaloosa producer. In 2019, she threw a lovely appaloosa female out of harlequin appaloosa, Enchanted Hill LuTau. In late 2019, she was then bred to fawn male FTAF's Privateer and threw another lovely female-- this time a fawn-- RB Holly Golightly. Holly is an elite-fleeced yearling. She carries Peruvian Platinum genetics on her dam's side with appaloosa and harlequin producers such as El R Peruvian Luciano. On sire's side, heavy hitter The Elite Maximus brings uniformity and lasting fineness to his descendants. Holly's sire, FTAF's Privateer, is 22 micron with a 94.8% comfort factor at age 9. Throw in a recessive black genetic and Holly has the makings for a solid foundation female for a multitude of breeding programs including black, appaloosa and harlequin!
For Holly's maiden breeding, she can be bred to buyer's choice of males owned by Rare Gem Alpacas or Diamond Valley Alpacas. For appaloosa and harlequin breeders, we suggest Rare Gem X-Man, MAXquerade of DVAF, Apache Gentlman or Hercules. For white / light breeders we suggest Sriracha of Linden Hills or Ferrari of DVAF. For grey breeders we suggest, Rare Gem I'm Too Sexy. Males can be viewed under "Herdsire" section. Stud fee is included in pricing.
