All things Rose-- SoCal Greystone's Platinum Rose

Rose is a gorgeous harlequin appaloosa female sired by AOBA champion, WWR Prince Greystone and full Peruvian Condor Granddauther. Her fiber is a beautiful rose grey with lovely lock, luster and density. Her build is sturdy and correct. Rose has a super sweet disposition and is a favorite of guests during farm visits. Rose being the special girl that she is, I have searched for two years and have found, what I believe, to be the perfect "mate" for her first breeding. In addition to elite-fleece, my search sent me looking for an out-cross of the Condor line, but with the ability to throw uniquely colored and patterned offspring. After extensive research, the decision was made to breed Rose to the beautiful Quen of ATV -- standing herdsire at Silken Suri Alpaca Ranch. When bred similarly to Rose, Quen has thrown the exquisite appaloosa— SSilken's Amayzing Mayzie. When not throwing appaloosa's, Quen is throwing beauties such as SSilken's Galinda. Rose is currently agisting in the Denver Colorado area. If purchased before the end of June 2016, transport can be arranged from that location-- if more convenient for buyer. The end of June, Rose will be returning to Rare Gem Alpacas in Southern California. Quen, Mayzie and Galinda photos courtesy of SSilkens. Marygold photos courtesy of Alpacas of Marin.
